Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over CHF 80.00. For orders below CHF 80.00, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries abroad. All international shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are borne by the customer.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
